Archbishop James Shija is the current head of IBFCT. He is a graduate of Nassa Theological College and works as a local government official. He is the senior pastor at the Nyasaka IBFCT church which has a congregation of 88 people. He is married to Regina. They have four children - all boys. James also helps with the Masai ministry and is our main contact for enquiries about the work in Tanzania.
